At this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Nicole Story Dent LLC is not responsible for any shipping issues due to address input errors or USPS handling errors.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If there is a print error or visible quality issue, email clear photos of the product to us at hello@nicolestorydent.com. We must receive an email with images of the defect within 20 days of original ship date. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
