TERMS OF SERVICE: We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

LAUNCHES AND SALES: Due to the higher volume of orders during holiday seasons, orders may take longer than the normal shipping time.

IMPORTANT TO YOUR ORDER: Make sure to double-check your item(s) color, size, and address before finalizing your order. We cannot make changes to an order once it has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Nicole Story Dent is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc. International orders take longer to get to you. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package.

SIZING: Please make sure that if you have any questions regarding sizing to do so before you place your order, as full returns are not allowed.

BACK-ORDERS: Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. Back ordered items over an extended period of time, the orders will be shipped separately.

PROMOTIONS: Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last. 

SHIPPING INFO  & SHIPPING COSTS: All shipments both domestic and international are sent via USPS and shipping cost is calculated by weight. 

If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse.
